I'm Daniel Smith—an entrepreneur, real estate finance strategist, and founder of FundNow Capital, a nationwide lending company built to help investors secure the capital they need to move faster, invest smarter, and create lasting wealth. I specialize in DSCR loans, fix-and-flip financing, BRRRR strategies, rental property refinancing, and commercial real estate funding.
I'm driven, confident, and unapologetically ambitious, but my strength and direction come from God. My faith is the foundation of my life, and I believe God has remained faithful to me through every victory, hardship, mistake, and new beginning. When life has tested me, He has given me the strength to keep moving forward.
